English-Speaking Tour Guide
Seasonal (May–September) | Ulaanbaatar
Lead small-group and private tours across Mongolia. Share cultural knowledge, facilitate herder family visits, manage logistics, and create transformative experiences.
Requirements: Fluent English, deep knowledge of Mongolian history/culture, licensed tour guide certification (or willingness to obtain), outdoor skills, driver's license preferred.
4WD Driver
Seasonal (May–September) | Ulaanbaatar
Navigate Mongolia's roadless terrain, maintain vehicles, ensure guest safety, and support tour guides during multi-day trips.
Requirements: 5+ years driving in Mongolia (Gobi, northern regions), clean driving record, mechanical troubleshooting skills, basic English helpful.
Operations Coordinator
Full-Time | Ulaanbaatar
Manage bookings, coordinate with ger camps and suppliers, handle customer service, assist with itinerary planning, and ensure smooth operations year-round.
Requirements: Excellent English (written/spoken), organizational skills, customer service experience, familiarity with Mongolia's tourism infrastructure, comfort with spreadsheets and booking systems.
Marketing & Content Specialist
Part-Time/Contract | Remote OK
Create blog content, manage social media, photograph tours, and help us tell Mongolia's story to the world.
Not currently hiring, but accepting applications for future consideration.
