Reserve with 30% deposit
Pay your deposit by card via Stripe (processed by GNTLG LLC, our US payment entity). Receipt is automatic.
Confirmation within 24h
We confirm suppliers and send your pack: day-by-day itinerary, accommodation plan, guide details, and pre-departure checklist.
Final payment 30 days out
The remaining 70% balance is due 30 days before departure. After final payment: guide's WhatsApp, logistics doc, emergency contact.
If we can't confirm within 24 hours: choose a full refund (no admin fee) or a free date change.
