Step 1
Send your dates + group details
Submit the form or message us on WhatsApp (+976 9424 9725). We'll reply with availability and a transparent quote showing exactly what's included.
Step 2
Reserve with a 30% deposit
Pay your 30% deposit by card via Stripe (processed by GNTLG LLC, our US payment entity). You'll receive an automatic email receipt immediately.
Step 3
Confirmation within 24 hours
Within 24 hours of receiving your deposit, we confirm suppliers and send your confirmation pack, including day-by-day itinerary, accommodation plan, your guide's details (after confirmation), and pre-departure checklist.
If we can't confirm within 24 hours: you can choose a full refund (no admin fee) or a free date change.
Step 4
Final payment (30 days before)
The remaining 70% balance is due 30 days before departure. For last-minute bookings, final payment timing may differ — we'll state the exact deadline in writing.
After final payment: guide's WhatsApp, final logistics document, and emergency contact number.
